This portable power bank is designed for USB devices, compatible with our Endo Era FIR Heat Belts.
Does the belt have a built in battery?
No, the belt does not have a built in battery, as this prevents being able to use the belt whilst charging. In having a power bank and the option of cords, this allows the use of the belt while the portable charger recharges.
How long does a power bank take to charge?
Power banks take up to three hours to charge from flat.
How long does the power bank last for?
Portable power bank, designed for the most USB devices, compatible with our Endo Era FIR Heat Belts. After fully charged the PowerBank will power the belt for approximately-
HIGH (RED) 90 mins
MED (BLUE) 120 mins
LOW (GREEN) 180 mins
How hot is the belt meant to get?
The belt temperature ranges are listed below
Low 40°C - 45°C
Medium 45°C - 50°C
High 50°C - 58°C
Can this be used for back pain?
Yes, the belt is designed to assist in pain relief. Therefore, it is suitable for back pain, knee pain, calf or hamstring pain and any upper body muscular pain.
Where does the $10 donation go from my purchase?
Currently Endo Era is not aligned with any charity. $10 from each belt sale is going to a kitty. This kitty is currently being held aside until the right opportunity comes to place the money into an area that will make a difference for endometriosis sufferers. Currently Endo Era has raised over $6000 from the sales so far.
What is the returns policy?
For health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for change of mind on Far Infrared Heat Belts. Please ensure you read all information provided on the size and features of the belts.
If you change of mind or the sizing is not correct on hoodies and caps, items can returned if tags have not been removed. We can create a return label with the cost of return to be paid by the customer.
Reshipping of correct size will also be paid by the customer so please refer to our size guide to before completing your purchase.
For faulty or damaged items we offer free returns and will replace or refund your item. If you choose a refund, this will not include the initial shipping costs.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I use the belt while pregnant?
Currently there has been no testing with the products on pregnant customers. The use is prohibited for pregnant women.
Is the belt safe for children?
Yes infants and children can use the waist belt but should be used with caution.
Is it worth getting an extension belt?
The extension belt is worth purchasing as it allows the belt to be used areas such as your traps and back with comfort. It takes the belt measurements to 140cm approximately depending on where the velcro is attached.
The extension piece is 34 cm x 12cm.
Is it safe to use the belt for extended periods?
The belt can be used for extended periods of time however caution needs to be taken as low-temperature burns can occur. Chronic burns caused by prolonged contact with low-temperature objects happen at 41°C to 45°C. We recommend that you use it intermittently and try not to use it for a long time.
How long should you use the belt for?
The manufacturer recommends 30 mins but everyone is different.
Start low and go slow, as long as you are monitoring your skin and making sure it doesn’t react to the heat you can leave it on for as long as you like.
Far Infrared Heat is different to topical heat so it is always recommended to monitor how each individual reacts while you get use to the heat.
