Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at info@endoera.com. 

For health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for change of mind on Far Infrared Heat Belts. Please ensure you read all information provided on the size and features of the belts.

If you change of mind or the sizing is not correct on hoodies and caps, items can returned if tags have not been removed. We can create a return label with the cost of return to be paid by the customer. Reshipping of correct size will also be paid by the customer so please refer to our size guide to before completing your purchase.

For faulty or damaged items we offer free returns and will replace or refund your item.  If you choose a refund, this will not include the initial shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
